The GRF25XX Series of low noise amplifiers (LNAs) are designed to minimize the cascaded noise figure (NF) of the entire receiver to best preserve the signal to noise ratio (SNR) at the receiver input. All of these devices operate within the 4.9 to 6.0 GHz range, and utilize a 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN package and evaluation board. They are ideal solutions for enterprise/carrier-class Wi-Fi access points made to achieve the highest levels of RF performance.
