Familiar with modern software engineering methods and have hands on experience of software development i.e.Eclipse and verification tools Experience with modern configuration control methods and tools Software practical experience, Object Oriented design methods, databases, compilers, UML, XML, Linux, Windows as well as programming and scripting languages such as C, C, TclTk, Java Relevant experience within realtime software systems and software engineering Experience within ESA space programmes and applications using space qualified microprocessors ERC32 and LEON and communication protocols MIL1553, CAN, SpaceWire is an advantage A proactive and cando attitude Specific Competence Requirements A university degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering, Space Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.
