Included among the new tenants at the 186-acre mixed use development in in Richardson are an Aloft Hotel, LOOK Cinemas, a Whole Foods Market and roughly 4,000 residential units. "The leasing interest has been substantial, to say the least," said Ryan Griffin , senior leasing agent for Regency Centers Corp. , CityLine's owner, operator and developer.
