Coca-Cola posted third-quarter revenue that trailed analysts' estimates as the strong dollar hurt sales abroad, putting pressure on Chief Executive Officer Muhtar Kent to maintain an aggressive cost-cutting programme. Revenue fell 4.6 percent to $11.4 billion, the Atlanta-based company said in a statement on Wednesday.
