College Avenue Kroger may move to Bloomington

The Kroger grocery store on College Avenue in Normal may move to Bloomington to open a new Kroger Marketplace store. Bloomington's Planning Commission voted unanimously to change the zoning for property at the intersection of College Avenue and Hershey road to accommodate the new grocery store.
