Conneautville woman wins $5,000 ring in national contest

Tiffany M. Patterson, of Conneautville, won a $5,000 engagement ring as the grand prize in the ArtCarved "Put A Ring On It" national promotion. Patterson received 17,825 votes on her entry, making her the national contest winner.
