Manufactured with sealed switch with self-wiping, low-impedance contacts and anodized aluminum, 2.0 x 5.0 x 8.0 in. package that provides EMI/RFI shielding, manually operated Model 9247 lets user access 2 DB9 devices connected to A and B ports from one DB9 device connected to COMMON port. Switching between devices is accomplished via front panel rotary selector. Transparent to data speed and format, product switches all 9 pins of DB9 interface. No external power supply is required.
