000 ABPZ20 KNHC 110548 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Mon Jul 10 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently downgraded Tropical Storm Eugene, located several hundred miles south-southwest of Punta Eugenia, Mexico. Showers and thunderstorms have become a little better organized since yesterday near a broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico.
