000 ABPZ20 KNHC 111456 TWOEP Special Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 AM PDT Tue Jul 11 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Eugene, located several hundred miles south-southwest of Punta Eugenia, Mexico. Satellite imagery indicates that shower activity associated with the low pressure area several hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico has become better organized.
