000 ABPZ20 KNHC 121719 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Wed Jul 12 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly downgraded Tropical Depression Eugene, located several hundred miles west-southwest of Punta Eugenia, Mexico, and on newly upgraded Tropical Storm Fernanda, located several hundred miles south of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. A broad area of low pressure is expected to form a few hundred miles south of Mexico during the weekend.
