000 ABPZ20 KNHC 161713 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Sat Sep 16 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Norma, located a couple of hundred miles south of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and on Tropical Depression Fifteen-E, located more than 1000 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
