000 ABPZ20 KNHC 191733 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Tue Sep 19 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Norma, located a few hundred miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on Post-Tropical Cyclone Otis, located more than 1000 miles west of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. A broad area of low pressure located a few hundred miles southeast of Acapulco, Mexico, is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions appear conducive for development of this system, and a tropical depression could form by the weekend while it moves slowly west-northwestward near the coast of Mexico.
