000 ABPZ20 KNHC 122317 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Thu Oct 12 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A broad area of low pressure centered about 750 miles south of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Development during the next day or two is expected to be limited due to hostile upper-level winds.
