000 ABPZ20 KNHC 261732 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Thu Oct 26 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: An area of disturbed weather, associated with an elongated area of low pressure, is located just west of the coasts of Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Environmental conditions are forecast to be conducive for development, and a tropical depression could form during the next couple of days as the system moves west-northwestward to northwestward near the coast of Central America.
