000 ABPZ20 KNHC 150510 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1000 PM PST Thu Nov 14 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical Depression Twenty-E, located several hundred miles south of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. A small area of low pressure located several hundred miles south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
