Energy company apologises after power cut closes Chichester businesses

Scottish and Southern Energy apologised for the 'annoyance and inconvenience' caused after Chichester city centre businesses had to close for the day because of a power cut. Businesses in East Street, Chichester, have been suffering problems since Saturday , according to city centre manager Charlotte Wickins.
