RHEA Group is currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer to support the ExoMars project at our clients premises in Stevenage, United Kingdom. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Collate AIT NCR lists and status from the AIT QA teams at project level from AIT. Use Pandora, ensuring continuity of inputs for project review. Collate AIT build reconciliations and open points e.g. open work orders, at project level Chair AIT gate reviews MRR, IRR. Ensure open actions from KIPs and MIPs are managed and tracked during all AIT phases. Manage 2nd closures Carry out audits Deploy QUEST Chair posttest reviews for functional verification activities. Post delivery Manage definition and closure of open items. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a recognised engineering apprenticeship andor equivalent academic qualification with at least 5 years AIT, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering experience within the Aerospace or Military industry, You have at least 2 years within AIT Quality Assurance Role or product assurance role, You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, You have analytical skills and methodical approach to problem resolution and investigation, You have teamwork and leadership attributes with excellent written and oral communication and persuasion skills, You are able to communicate at all levels and across nationalities. You have a good knowledge of Space Quality standards, You possess facilitation skills, You understand and embrace quality improvement initiatives, You have good reporting skills, User and promoter of quality tools and methods, particularly problem solving, risk management, statistical process control, metrics, You are organised, practical and logical in work approach, You have a good knowledge of Space Quality standards, You are flexibility to travel within the UK and Europe when required, You are willing to work on shift, oncall or offsite for short periods when required. The following skills would be highly desirable Lean, continuous improvement qualifications, Green or Black belt would be desirable Preferably accredited course in quality assurance or related disciplines. e.g .
