MARK MORAN / THE CITIZENS' VOICE Fairchild Semiconductor in Wright Township reached a deal with Luzerne County for a $12.75 million assessment. An agreement between Fairchild Semiconductor and Luzerne County led to a $12.75 million assessment for a Fairchild plant in the Crestwood Industrial Park.
