Specific Tasks Supporting the verification and processing of invoices and Advances in compliance with the Agencys accounting policy, financial regulations, instructions and applicable QMS procedures final invoice validation performed by ESA staff prior to Payment List execution, including formal checks if document is to be considered an invoice and if an eventual VAT amount invoiced is justified correctness of vendor master and bank data for invoices without prior commitment identification of correct account assignment posting of invoices, deblocking after verification against available Advances and validation of payment against Payment Lists posting and approval unblocking of Advance Payment Requests Down Payments in SRMFI control and clearing of Down Payments as per OffsetPlan Responding to invoice queries from industry Interacting with Initiating Services ESAinternally with the objective to support the synchronization and workflows of invoices and Confirmations Other ad hoc tasks in the area of accounts payable as per service request. Financial Operations at ESOC are receiving and processing to payment around 7,000 invoices per annum. Requirements Masters degree from a recognised Institute of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Businesss Administration or relevant discipline Supporting the verification and processing of invoices and Advances in compliance with the Agencys accounting policy, financial regulations, instructions and applicable QMS procedures.

Position Reference 001 As an Information Security Engineer, you will join a team of Information Security professionals in support of RHEA Group clients by providing Information Security services in various market sectors including space, critical infrastructure protection and defence. Duties will include delivery of security advice and guidance, security engineering services, reports and other deliverables to meet client needs. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Best practice advice and guidance in the areas of security programs, governance, doctrine, policies, standards, methodologies, procedures, and checklists ISO 27000 series compliance evaluation, certification, audit and accreditation Information security system requirements analysis, design, development and test Information security training and awareness Information security program and project management. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a postsecondary degree or diploma in a relevant field. Example relevant fields include electrical or computer engineering, computer science, information technology, information management, or similar. Technical certifications, diplomas or qualifications in information technology or information management, policing and security or related fields may also be accepted. You have excellent oral and written communications capability in English You have experience in requirements analysis, design and implementation of information security solutions including for example Firewall and VPN solutions Intrusion detection and penetration systems network or host based Identity management and access control systems Encryption and key management technologies Malware detection and antivirus systems Data leakage protection systems Security information and event management systems Vulnerability analysis and patch management solutions Penetration testing technologies and approaches TCPIP based routerswitch networking equipment and solutions. You have demonstrated experience in developing secure hardening guidance and implementation guides for information systems including for example LinuxUnix based host platforms Windows based host platforms RouterSwitch based networking equipment and solutions Identity management and access controls solutions. You have a professional qualification or certification in a relevant field. Example certifications include Certified Information System Security Professional CISSP certificate, Certified Protection Professional CPP, Certified ISO 27001 Auditor or similar is considered an asset. You have experience writing security policy and procedures. You must be a citizen of the EU or a NATO member nation The following skills would be highly desirable You have experience in information security services for space, critical infrastructure protection and defense market segments. Specific Tasks Typical duties, beyond what specified in the SoW, would also include Gathering of deliverable documents from the Project Industrial Consortium, Principal Investigators, Technical Officers and inhouse experts Document registration, distribution and archiving, as well as provision of reproduction services as needed Handling confidential and export controlled information e.g. ITAR and access rights of users with respect to these deliverables Provide assistance in documentation handling to the Project Scientific Institutes Principal Scientists Teams and supporting users in retrieving documents from sources like Eclipse, FTPs Build up and maintenance of the Project document registrationfiling system, acting as a point of contact for all the Project interfaces for documentationadministrative tools Create all reviews platforms in a speciic tool as Eclipse e.g. PDRs, CDRs Coordinate the setup of various internal and external file exchanging platforms e.g. FTP Support to enhancements of the document management system and concepts, and of future improvements Provision of support to the Project Control and Product Assurance Sections in the processing of RfDs, RfWs, DCRs, DCNs, CCNs, keeping track of them and providing overviews Provision of various logistic and administrative support to the Project Preparation of memos and letters in support to the Project Requirements University degree Bachelor from a recognized Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Communications as relevant. Deep knowledge and demonstrated sound experience with a documentation management system, the setup of project reviews and the set up of the documentation exchange system between multiple entities ESA, industry, scientific institutions Experience in all the implementative phases of a mission, composed by multiple international interfaces such experience in a Scientific mission is a definite asset Experience in the administration and documentation management matters for launch campaign, previous participation in at least one launch campaign is an asset The candidate shall have the clearance to handle export controlled documentation e.g. ITAR and have sound experience in handling confidential and export controlled documentation The candidate shall have also experience in the support of the logistics and administration of a Space Project Proficiency in MS Office packages The candidate shall be highly organised, with attention to details and be able to efficiently work under pressure and stringent schedule The candidate shall demonstrate excellent communication skills, have distinctive customer focus and be a strong team player General interest in and good understanding of technical, programmatic and policy issues of ESA Scientific programmes Proficiency in the English, French and the Dutch languages is a mandatory requirement
