Elise Owen, named standards executive at U.S. EPA, will coordinate its participation in voluntary consensus standards bodies and ensure activity aligns with agency goals and mission. In addition to facilitating international standardization activities in public and private sectors, including expertise in Chinese and broader global markets, Owen served as associate VP, global strategy and analysis, at AdvaMed as well as ANSI director of international development.
