A former CEO of Kroger is spearheading an initiative to expand alcohol sales in Kansas, The Topeka Capital-Journal reports. David Dillon , who retired from Kroger in December, is leading the Uncork Kansas campaign, which aims to allow grocery and convenience stores to sell full-strength beer.
