Externe Ttigkeitsbeschreibung A vacancy for a Future Projects Architect dfm has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. The successful applicant will join Chief Engineering Military Aircraft Future Projects Platform Systems GE . Tasks We are looking for a Platform Systems Architect to join Future Projects Platform Systems in Manching with the following tasks Support to analysis of operational requirements and translation into functional and technical requirements for Future Air Vehicle Platform Systems. Cascade L0 requirements to L1 subsystems or systems components. Ensure proper integration of subsystemsystem components at the system level. Define and manage interfaces and interfaces requirements. Elicit and validate systemproduct requirements and architectures whilst considering the complete system lifecycle. Define and perform Platform Systems Tradeoffs to identify requirements impact and select the integrated Air Vehicle Platform Systems concepts and initial architectures. Technical Management of work packages or small projects with respect time, quality and cost. Evaluate the Air Vehicle Systems Architectures against overall aircraft architecture requirements, integration constraints and to aircraft development logic. Analysis, integration and allocation of Overall Platform Systems concepts for reengineering and implementation of legacy and future military aerial platforms. Evaluation of new technologies and innovative Overall Platform Systems concepts with respect to usability in our concepts and identification of key technologies. System analysis and modelling using appropriate modelling methods and tools. Identification and validation of relevant solutions in an iterative process in close interaction with relevant stakeholders in centre of competences and internal or external partners customers. Creation of deliverables, technical documentation, specifications and presentation of results and concepts for internal and external stakeholders. The above tasks will be performed for a wide variety of projects, covering modifications of existing aircrafts combat, transport and military derivatives of commercial aircraft, new aircraft concepts next generation and disruptive military concepts and unmanned air vehicles Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Degree in Engineering Aerospace Engineering Aircraft Design Several years of experience in Engineering Several years of experience in System Engineering System Architecture Participation andor leadership of international projects are required transnational experience. High capability to think out of the box and to challenge the status quo. You should feel comfortable in an uncertain or new environment. Fluent English, Advanced German
