Cotton yarn prices have bottomed out in the past seven days in India, rising for the first time in weeks. Cotton fiber prices were again falling in the meantime, over the announcement of a significant rise of India's output this season. Our weekly review of Indian yarn prices covers the domestic and export markets, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester, and 100% viscose. Major yarn production centers are covered with Tirupur (Tamil Nadu), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) and Ludhiana (Punjab). Yarn prices are compared with fiber prices, and offering the latest trends of spinners' margins.
