Intersil Corp. announced its new Endura ISL6420 single-phase, synchronous-buck, pulse-width modulation controller with integrated MOSFET drivers, which integrates control, protection, monitoring and output adjustment in one small 4 mm x 4 mm, quad flat no-lead package.
