Russ Halter and Matt Heckert, drivers for Old Dominion Freight Line, spent Tuesday on the road making deliveries, giving them firsthand experience with road conditions. 'I went over to West Branch this morning and 380 wasn't too bad but 80 going East was kind of slick through Iowa City,' Halter said.
