Two weeks ago, I served on a panel at the National Urban League's Annual Conference here in the city of Brotherly Love! The "Essential Healthy Habits for Living Longer" panel included a dynamic group of health professionals discussing key elements to empower the African-American community to improve both their mental and physical health.
