New order issued to BNSF and CP Railways

The Surface Transportation Board , the federal entity with regulatory oversight over the rail industry, issued another directive requiring BNSF Railway and Canadian Pacific Railway to provide detailed reports on their plans to eliminate backlogs of grain shipments, and to continue to submit weekly reports until the problem is resolved.
