A state law judge on Wednesday ordered PG&E to produce more emails related to a widening scandal that has engulfed PG&E and the Public Utilities Commission over improper attempts to influence a decision on natural gas system rates and upgrades linked to a fatal explosion in San Bruno. The ruling requires the utility to produce all internal and external emails issued or received by 10 PG&E executives or consultants in connection with a $1.29 billion PG&E revenue request to upgrade its transmission system.
