Pep Boys Manny, Moe & Jack posted a net loss of $27.3 million for the fiscal year ended Jan. 31 as the company took millions in goodwill and asset impairment charges in the fourth quarter. The net loss contrasted with net income of $6.9 million in fiscal 2013.
