Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. has announced that it intends to sell it's Lumiere Place Casino, HoteLumiere and the Four Seasons Hotel on Laclede's Landing in St. Louis, Missouri, subject to gaming regulatory approvals, in order to complete its acquisition of Ameristar Casinos in St. Charles, MO.
