Publix buys Hollywood shopping center from Stiles for $39M

An affiliate of Stiles Corp. sold the new West Lake Commons shopping center in Hollywood to Publix Super Markets , which is the anchor tenant. Westlake Commons LLC, an affiliate of Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles, sold the plaza at 1700 Sheridan Street for $39 million to Real Sub, a subsidiary of Publix.
