In a closed conference room at the ACAC in the Albemarle Square Shopping Center, members of the SMART29 Panel met with Philip Shucet of the Route 29 Solutions Advisory Council to once again voice their opinions on the Rio Rd. interchange. "We're going to show Richmond that the majority of the folks in this area do not want this interchange," says Chuck Lebo, spokesperson for SMART29.
