Sarah Ketterer , CEO of Causeway Capital Management, bought five new stakes in the fourth quarter, but her top three transactions were divestitures. Ketterer's most noteworthy fourth-quarter deal was the sale of her 3,922,158-share stake in PPL Corp. , an electric utility company based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, for an average price of $33.74 per share.
