Schneiderman: Bath & Body Works agrees to end on-call

L Brands subsidiary Bath & Body Works has agreed to end on-call scheduling practices for all U.S. stores next month, state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced Wednesday morning. Bath & Body Works joins Gap , Abercrombie and Fitch, and Victoria's Secret in ending the practice, in which employees must call-in hours before a shift would begin to find out if he or she is needed to work that day.
