At the time, company founder and CEO Talmage Hocker told Business First that the company would look at properties in secondary markets. And this past Tuesday, The Hocker Group bought Bluegrass Manor, a 9.7-acre shopping center at 4900 Shelbyville Road that is anchored by Whole Foods Market.
