Sprint will name Brightstar founder as CEO, reports say

Sprint Corp. reportedly will replace seven-year CEO Dan Hesse with Marcelo Claure, a recently appointed Sprint board member and CEO of phone distributor Brightstar Corp. Claure will be announced as CEO of the Overland Park-based carrier as early as tomorrow, according to Bloomberg and other reports.
