With peak pulse power dissipation ratings of 1,500 W and 3,000 W, respectively, Series TPSMC and TPSMD protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. AEC-Q101 qualified products help automotive power system pass 1, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, and 5b surge tests operationally as specified by ISO7637-2. Housed in standard DO-214AB package, Series TPSMC and TPSMD offer standoff voltage ranges of 10–77 V and 10–43 V, respectively.
