Intuitive Surgical is the new owner of a unique Silicon Valley real estate asset: a 15-acre private park in Sunnyvale. The Sunnyvale, California-based maker of the da Vinci robotic surgery system bought the land last week from Dallas-based Texas Instruments , according to public records.
