Advanced Micro Devices Inc.'s shares were bearing the brunt Tuesday of the lackluster PC sales that are weighing on the overall semiconductor industry, but things aren't much brighter for rivals Intel Corp. and Micron Technology Inc. warned that it now expects a revenue decline of about 8% in the second quarter from the first due to weak PC demand, sending its shares down more than 15% in afternoon trade. That's compared with its prior guidance of a 3% decline, plus or minus 3%, and comes after the company reported a year-over-year and sequential decline in revenue for the first quarter.
