Graco Inc. said Friday that it reached a deal to buy valve-maker High Pressure Equipment for $160 million as the pump and spray equipment producer looks to expand its offerings. The company also unveiled three other acquisitions Friday, with the four deals totaling about $185 million in cash purchase price.
