UPDATE 1-TNT Express cuts 6 pct of workforce in restructuring

Dutch express delivery firm TNT Express, which was the target of a failed $7 billion takeover by United Parcel Service, said it will cut 4,000 jobs, equivalent to 6 percent of the workforce, in a bid to improve profits.
