Windstream Holdings tumbled 7.4% today, meaning it's dropped 34% since the late-April spinoff of its REIT arm Communications Sales and Leasing . Windstream holders received a cash dividend of $0.0659 along with the spinoff, but market cap has declined to under $790M.
