A waste disposal facility in Calcasieu Parish says it has decided not to accept the ash resulting from the incineration of a Texas Ebola victim's belongings.Chemical Waste Management Inc. announced its decision Monday in a news release from Lake Charles. The company said the waste poses no threat to the environment or human health.
