July 10, Kajima Building & Design Group Inc. filed a $9.47 million building permit for a 32,500-square-foot "office and clean room" expansion for Cognate Bioservices Inc.'s U.S. manufacturing facility at 4600 E. Shelby Drive near Lamar Avenue.
