(Telecompaper) China Mobile TieTong, a subsidiary of China Mobile, has signed an acquisition agreement with company affiliate TieTong. CM TieTong has agreed to acquire the target assets and businesses for CNY 31.88 billion (approximately HKD 38.67 billion). In addition, CM TieTong will also assume net debt of CNY 2.34 billion (HKD 2.84 billion). The price adjustment amount will not exceed CNY 1 billion. The final consideration will not exceed CNY 32.88 billion.
