Units come in through-hole, single-in-line, and surface mount versions, and can be configured and monitored via standard PMBus™ communication protocol. Accepting input voltages from 4.5–14 V, converters have output voltage range of 0.6–3.3 V with typical efficiency of 97.1% at 5 Vin, 3.3 Vout, and at 50% load.

SK Telecom wins patent suit, ban on Viber in Korea

(Telecompaper) South Korean mobile operator SK Telecom won a patent lawsuit against global mobile messenger app Viber, according to local paper Korea Herald. As Viber had infringed on four patents held by SK Telecom, the company was banned from distributing its application in the South Korean market, the Seoul Central District Court said. In the lawsuit filed in 2014, SK Telecom accused Viber of breaking copyright it had registered in 2006 by offering a feature of reorganising selected information from contact numbers saved in a smartphone into the application.
