Cowen analyst Timothy Arcuri said in a research report that although Broadcom is still in the "very early innings of a broad corporate transformation, we see a transformation from growth at all costs to profitable growth." The transformation is expected to result in several fundamental changes, including focusing the company on high-margin business segments with growth prospects still more than two times the overall semiconductor sector, Arcuri said.
