Troax Corp AB ) today announces a prospectus with respect to the contemplated listing of the Company's bond loan 2014/2020 with ISIN SE 0005799194 on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Bond Loan of a maximum of EUR 100,000,000 was issued on 12 June 2014 with an annual variable EURIBOR interest rate +5.5 percent and matures in June 2020.
