Steve D. Sandstrum, director of technical services for ISCO Industries in Louisville, KY, has been elected to 3-year term on ASTM International board of directors. A member of ASTM International and Committee F17 on Plastic Piping Systems since 1986, Sandstrum currently serves as F17’s Division 2 chairman and as chairman of Subcommittee F17.26 on Olefin Based Pipe.
