GrainCorp critiques foreign agri rules

GrainCorp chief executive Mark Palmquist has taken a swipe at the Federal Government's moves to clamp down on foreign investment in agriculture. Mr Palmquist, who joined GrainCorp from giant US co-operative CHS less than 12 months ago, said Australia was sending mixed messages about whether foreign capital was welcome.
